Seed our Future has successfully supported hundreds of medical cannabis patients with legal and discrimination cases since 2021, offering compassionate, expert, and confidential services.

Seed our Future are the number one patient support group in the UK and have been successfully supporting medical cannabis patients with a range of legal (possession, use and driving) and discrimination (employers, housing associations, social services, public venues) cases since 2021.
To date, we have supported hundreds of patients for free, often saving them thousands of pounds in legal costs, let alone relieving the stress and anxiety of trying to deal with these situations alone. We have also been instrumental in producing documents to support patients via the Cannabis Industry Council.
We are well known within the MC community for our compassion, understanding, expert knowledge, confidentiality, professionalism and of course successes. We now need you to help us grow as patient numbers increase. Let’s help each other grow! We need as many patients as possible to provide a seed donation of just £30 to help the entire community, including you, to grow, flourish and thrive.
Your donation will help us to:
Grow our team – We desperately need to grow our team to cope with the increasing number of cases so that we can continue to provide a high quality service. Your donation can help us to hire a team of lawyers to support the medical community when things go wrong whilst continuing to support patients for free.
Challenge the legislation directly – We have developed legal arguments which challenge both the Misuse of Drugs Act and the Road Traffic Act. We are ready to initiate two Judicial Reviews in the high court but need the financing to secure court costs and a human rights barrister.
Develop and deliver education programmes – Once our legal team has grown, we can dedicate more time to education events, training for organisations, institutions and businesses where stigma and discrimination is identified.

Due to our current limited resources, we can only support registered patients at this time.
Level of support is decided on a case by case basis. We don’t want to leave anyone behind so we will be offering a limited pro bono service for emergency cases.
A £30 donation is required as a condition of becoming a registered patient.
Patient registration will need to be renewed on an annual basis.
We have kept the online registration form as basic as possible. We do not require any medical information or proof of prescription and we will not share any of your personal information. We abide by GDPR and one-to-one support is of course kept strictly confidential.
